3. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Missed or late appointments may be subject to rescheduling or fees.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
We accept insurance for eligible cranial prosthesis services. Patients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurer.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

4. Insurance and Reimbursement

Many insurance providers offer partial or full coverage with a valid prescription.
Crownz Heavenly Palace LLC will assist with the documentation process, but final approval and reimbursement are determined by your insurance provider.
Patients remain responsible for any uncovered costs.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom and medical nature of our products, wigs, toppers, and cranial prostheses are non-refundable once ordered or installed.
Adjustments or minor alterations may be offered at our discretion to ensure proper fit and comfort.
