At Crownz Heavenly Palace LLC, our goal is to provide compassionate, professional care and high-quality cranial prosthetics that restore confidence and dignity. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies outline how our services and payments are handled.

1. Services Provided

We specialize in:

Cranial Prosthetics (Medical-Grade Wigs and Toppers): Custom-made and vendor-supplied options.
Consultations and Fittings: Professional guidance to ensure comfort, style, and the most natural look.
Installations and Styling: Expert application and personalization of cranial prostheses.
Ongoing Care and Adjustments: Support to maintain proper fit and appearance.
Hair Extensions, Loc Maintenance, Natural Hair, and cosmetic wig services

Please note:

Our services are non-medical and do not replace medical diagnoses or treatment.
Certain services may require a prescription to qualify for insurance coverage.

2. Appointment Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time or require rescheduling.
No-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept:
- Major credit/debit cards
- HSA/FSA accounts (cranial prosthesis)
- Insurance (for eligible services we provide a Superbill)
- Cash payments
Financing options may be available for custom cranial prostheses upon request.

4. Insurance and Coverage

Many insurance plans offer partial or full coverage for cranial prosthetics with a prescription.
Our team will assist you in navigating the process, including documentation and claim submission.
Final approval, reimbursement, or denial of coverage is determined by your insurance provider.
Clients are responsible for any balances not covered by insurance.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom and medical nature of our products, all cranial prostheses and cosmetic wigs, and toppers are non-refundable.
Once ordered or installed, products cannot be returned.
Adjustments or minor alterations may be made to ensure fit and comfort at our discretion.

6. Product Care and Responsibility

Clients will receive care instructions for their cranial prostheses and cosmetic wigs.
Crownz Heavenly Palace LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines.
